Ultra PRO's original clear Soft Trading Card Sleeves are made with non-PVC, archival safe, and acid-free polypropylene film. These sleeves protect your valuable trading cards and collectible game cards from dust, dirt, and natural oils from your hands during handling and storage of the cards. Designed to hold standard size (2-1/2" X 3-1/2") trading cards up to 35 points in thickness, these sleeves also minimize surface scratches on your cards during sorting, display, or, for gaming cards, during gameplay.

We are happy to offer returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. A flat fee of $10.00 per return label used will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Some orders may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Your refund will be processed once the items are received and verified.

All returns require approval. Please email support@tradingcardmarket.com for authorization before sending back merchandise.

Eligibility for Returns

·        Your item must be in the same condition as you received it.

·        The item must be in the original packaging and unopened.

·        Only Single trading cards with matching serial numbers.

·        Graded single trading cards with matching Grading Certification numbers.

·        You will need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Ineligible for Returns/Refunds

·        Opened product.

·        Non-serial numbered single trading cards are ineligible for return/refund.

·        Gift cards.

·        Shipping fees.

Missing/Incorrect/Damaged Item

Please notify us immediately if you receive an incorrect item, if an item is missing from your order, or if an item arrives damaged.  You may reach us via email (support@tradingcardmarket.com), phone (314-706-1404) or through our Contact Form.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, all items must remain unopened and in their original condition. Items that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Mispacks, Misprints, Manufacturing Issues

Our trading card sealed product is all brand new and factory-sealed. 

Any issues related to mispacks, misprints or other manufacturing issues must be resolved by contacting the manufacturer directly.
