Once per turn, this Dragon can negate any effect activated by your opponent on the field. And when it does, it also consumes the negated effect to gain 1000 Attack Points for the turn.   • Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Products must remain unopened and in their original factory-sealed packaging.
  • Serial-numbered single trading cards must have matching serial numbers.
  • Graded trading cards must have matching certification numbers.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items Ineligible for Returns or Refunds

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened products
  • Products opened after delivery due to suspected damage or missing contents
  • Non-serial-numbered single trading cards
  • Gift cards
  • Original shipping charges
  • International duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges
  • Norton Shopping Guarantee / Package Protection fees once tracking information has been assigned to an order

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
