Simply add Package Protection to your cart during checkout to help protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

What’s Included

Package Protection Coverage

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, Package Protection helps cover your shipment regardless of the shipping carrier or service level selected.

Coverage applies to both domestic and international shipments.

$1,000 Purchase Guarantee

If you do not receive the products or services ordered in accordance with our Terms of Service, Norton Shopping Guarantee will work to help resolve the issue or reimburse you up to $1,000.

How It Works

  1. Add Norton Shopping Guarantee with Package Protection to your cart during checkout.
  2. Receive confirmation of your protection purchase in your order confirmation email.
  3. If an issue occurs with your package, create a free account and submit a claim directly through Norton Shopping Guarantee.
  4. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, compensation is typically issued within approximately two weeks.

Claim Timeframes

Claims must be submitted directly through Norton Shopping Guarantee within the following timeframes:

Lost Shipments

  • Domestic shipments (US): Claims may be submitted between 15 and 60 days from shipping label creation.
  • International shipments: Claims may be submitted between 30 and 90 days from shipping label creation.

Stolen Shipments

  • Claims for delivered-but-stolen packages may be submitted from the delivery date up to 30 days from shipping label creation.

Important Eligibility Requirements

To remain eligible for protection coverage, customers must comply with all Norton Shopping Guarantee terms and cooperate with any requests for information or documentation during the claims process.

Failure to provide requested information or documentation may result in denial of coverage.

Protection does not apply to orders where incorrect customer information was provided during checkout, including but not limited to:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Shipping or delivery address

Orders submitted with inaccurate or incomplete customer information may not qualify for Package Protection coverage.

Refundability of Protection Fees

Package Protection fees are non-refundable once tracking information has been assigned to an order.

This applies even if:

  • An order is later canceled
  • A package is returned to sender
  • A shipment is refused or undeliverable

Additional Terms & Conditions

Norton Shopping Guarantee with Package Protection is a third-party service administered by Norton. Claim approvals, eligibility determinations, required documentation, and reimbursement decisions are handled directly by Norton in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Please note: Certain benefits referenced within Norton’s general marketing materials, including Identity Theft Protection and Lowest Price Guarantee programs, are not included with purchases made through Trading Card Market.
