Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note:

• Returned items must be unopened, factory sealed, and in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
• Any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed after any returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
• Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including sealed goods that have been opened after delivery.
