We are happy to accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of the delivery date.

A flat fee of $10.00 per return label used will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Some returns may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your refund will be processed once the returned items are received, inspected, and verified to meet return eligibility requirements.

International Returns

We are happy to accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of the delivery date.

International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping directly with their preferred carrier (such as their local postal service, UPS, DHL, etc.).

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Once the return is received and verified to be unopened and in its original condition, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
Products must remain unopened and in their original factory-sealed packaging.
Serial-numbered single trading cards must have matching serial numbers.
Graded trading cards must have matching certification numbers.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Products opened after delivery due to suspected damage or missing contents

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

All sealed trading card products sold by Trading Card Market are brand new and factory-sealed.

Any issues related to mispacks, misprints, missing manufacturer-inserted items, or other factory/manufacturing defects must be resolved directly with the product manufacturer.
