Join 2 fully jointed mechs for supersized Super Hero action with Mech Battle: Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock (76338), a building toy gift for boys and girls ages 6 years old and up.   • Products opened after delivery due to suspected damage or missing contents
  • Non-serial-numbered single trading cards
  • Gift cards
  • Original shipping charges
  • International duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges
  • Norton Shopping Guarantee / Package Protection fees once tracking information has been assigned to an order

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

All sealed trading card products sold by Trading Card Market are brand new and factory-sealed.

Any issues related to mispacks, misprints, missing manufacturer-inserted items, or other factory/manufacturing defects must be resolved directly with the product manufacturer.
